Co-owners Ari Taymor and Ashleigh Parsons opened Alma Restaurant in downtown Los Angeles in 2012. The menu’s unique ingredients are harvested and foraged from either Alma’s garden in Venice or from the local farmers’ markets, while the beer and wine list focuses on small producers who are farming organically and using traditional methods. Last year Ari was named one of Food & Wine‘s Best New Chefs, and in 2013 Bon Appetit called Alma the Best New Restaurant in America. Here are Ari’s 10 questions for #100opentables.
